I never knew it, until a few days ago someone over there at RPGWatch told me that Sacrifice was inspired by this "Chaos" game.

I have vague memories of playing it on a friend's Spectrum, more years ago than I care to count. It was the first wizard vrs wizard battle game, IIRC.

Sounds very, very promising! Thanks, Flix! I'm starting to get excited about Dragon Age again... As long as the DRM issue is resolved satisfactorily...

Yesss... Therein doth lie the possible snag, D.
If we get: "Look! You get a whole SIX installs!" they can go do something very rude to themselves...

I think given how EA has plastered a good deal of their recent games over Steam without any extra install-limit DRM and ONLY using the basic Steam DRM, I would NOT be surprised if all editions of the game (including the retail edition) will require Steam...

I hate to say this, but I think Steam (alone, when it ain't laced with extra DRM) beats Securom Internet Protection. Of course, best solution to me is NO DRM... With EA, THQ, or any other big publisher, that ain't gonna happen...

Pretty much everything I've ever heard of beats SecuROM Internet Edition, so that's kinda damning with faint praise ;D
I never object to reasonable copy protection, but good grief!

StarForce and Securom are neck and neck for the worst protection of all times, if you ask me. Steam has its annoyances, but I do find it way more tolerable than those two in many regards.
