The Muppet Show S3. For which I blame Steve, for including it on his 'best TV series' list and reminding me how good it is ;D

The Professionals - a rather hard to get but utterly terrific Western, starring Lee Marvin and Burt Lancaster.

A DVD with a show of a German comedian (no, it's not "Otto" ), and finally, "Serenity", which was recommended several times to me.

Watchmen Director's Cut: Interesting in that it restores 24 minutes of footage, most of it cut out of the original story (like the death of the first Nite Owl). Still doesn't make the ending make any more sense, but that's neither here nor there. Legend Ultimate Edition: A guilty pleasure film that I hadn't seen since a while.

"Rainman" Starring Dustin Hoffman and Tom Cruise. Really touching movie, very well acted, and easily Dustin Hoffman's greatest performance of the 90's. Before watching this, I considered Tom Hank's performance as Forrest Gump to be the best; I now consider it a tie with Dustin Hoffman's performance in Rainman. @ Zee: Oh, I thought Ube was the love of your life.
