I too like her triptych. How many hidden animals can you find? Thus far I see 2 wolves, 3 eagles and 3 bears... There is the sketch of another triptych like that that she plans to do here. It's cool, she makes of her sketches available for download. It can do great coloring pictures fo kids, or templates for them to paint. A lot of the last ones you posted are in this file. There are a few others here, at the "New Sketches for 2005!" entry.

Sure you can join me in posting Jody's artwork. I really like the ones you posted too. Question. Did you enlarge yours or did you find them somewhere in that size. All the ones I found on her site seemed to be rather small as you can tell by the ones I posted. I really like the ones In Spirit I Am Free, In Silence I Am Strong, and The Dream Creates the Journey. All Are Sacred and Ride the Wind are good but I like the others better.

The first four come from her gallery. It seems that the circle series is more recent and it looks like the picture of these are both bigger and of better quality (I shrinked them a little in addition, I think). The Dream Creates the Journey comes from elsewhere on the web, from an image search. It's rare, but the re-sellers of products derivated from her art seem to have better pictures than her own online gallery... The thing is that they have fewer too, though.

Yeah, if you enlarged them at all then the quality is alot better than what I have found. Maybe she is only putting the more recent pictures up larger and then when they get older she shrinks them for space purposes.
I've noticed that about a good number of the artists. The pictures on other sites seem to be better than the ones on their own site in alot of cases. You would think it would be just the opposite.

I found the tryptich. ;D The Hidden Spirit of Nature Bearly There, Eagles & Raven's Secret Fille I think I found all the ones you did. I also think I found a turtle, a horses head, and the head of some kind of animal in the bank under the bears. It also looks like there might be a head on the bank at the bottom left of your screen.

Wow, I don't see those. The three bear heads I see are two on the rocks under the bears and one in the rock behind the one that the raven is on (all 1st pic); the three eagle heads are one in the rock behind the branch where the raven stands, and the two other ones face to face in the cliffs that form each bank of the river towards the middle of the painting (2nd pic); and the wolf heads are one in the rocks at the bottom and one towards the middle, in the rocks behind the branch where the raven sits (3rd pic)...

I like those pictures, most of them, and I looove every single picture with wolfies in them. In Spirit I am Free is the personal favorite, I like how the wolfies cuddle, sort of.

Yep. More than pictures, I like the animal itself a lot; it is very special to me. I'm glad that you like these, Mobbie. I find that not all of her wolves are good, though, there are some where I don't like their face at all...

Heeh, you like wolfies LaFille? Wolfies are special to me to, for certain reasons A friend of mine found a wolf-cub, hungry and alone, it was abandoned by it's family/pack. So this friend, he ran home, got a sack, ran back, took the wolfie in the sack and brought it home. He and his family kept this wolf-pup for about 1 year, but then it had to be.. put to sleep It wouldn't survive alone in the forest, and they couldn't keep it (that's illegal, really..) any longer, because someone had noticed they had it there But I loved the wolf, it was so cute, it was like a dog, but, it was much much cuter, it's not something I can describe all that well... Wolfies are cute, and grown up wild wolves are cool One of the pictures in page 1 reminds me of it, the one with the young ones ;D

That's a really sad story... A shame there was no shelter that could have taken him.

Well it's sad, but wouldn't it be more sad if it died out in the forest, by starvation? The wolf died in 1 second, after it got the syringe... I can't say anything but, you are wrong, the story is not sad, it's as happy as it could be.. The wolf lived a really funny life, and I visited my friend often Wolves have really cool teeth you know? Much different from those of a dog (even from my old dobbermanns teeth, they are both bigger and sharper than those..) So don't get saddened by the story, it's a happy story (relatively)!

The story is sad in that there was no place for it to go and be taken care of. It was happy in that the wolf didn't have to die in the woods of starvation.
