Yeah, we have some Where's Waldo books. About the same thing and alot of fun. Chris and I get as involved as the girls in trying to find him. ;D Sounds like your Where's Charlie is our Where's Waldo. Not sure if there are any Where's Waldo video games, but the I Spy ones by Scholastic are fun for the girls, because it is the same principle. They have to find stuff in pictures filled with lots of objects. In fact Chris and I get involved with them at time helping them look. Great family fun and lots of laughs at times. Where's Wally? is a series of children's books created by the British illustrator Martin Handford. The goal is to find a certain man, Wally, in a busy picture full of people. Wally dresses in a red and white striped shirt and bobble hat, carries a wooden walking stick, and wears glasses. He is always losing things, including books, camping equipment and even his shoes, and readers are invited to spot these items in the illustrations as well. The series is known in the United States and Canada (except Quebec) as Where's Waldo? Below are two pics of what he looks like.

Hah, that's Charlie! Charlie = Waldo, cool. Weird that they changed his name... At one time there was an animation series with him too, I remember. These kinds of games were family games for us too, and things we passed on to the youngers later.

These kinds of games were family games for us too, and things we passed on to the youngers later. It is weird how they changed the name. Makes me wonder why? I think there was an animation series here too. Seems like I remember that. Not certain though. Anyway, he's alot of fun no matter what his name is and seems to draw in kids and adults which is great.

This is a very interesting piece to me and one of my favorites. I get a strong sense of despair from this picture. Drippy People
