Cool stuff, Shan. I prefer the pirate art, but the fantasy art isn't bad either. Mary Read and Anne Bonny... they're also real historical pirates, and two of the most well-known female pirates. They're best known for sailing with (and being intimate with) Captain "Calico" Jack Rackham. They weren't very good pirates, as I recall. Eventually, they were both captured, tried, and imprisoned by the English for piracy. Magician: Apprentice... I remember that cover, but didn't know Maitz drew it. I think it was the cover of a book by the same name... I believe the author was Raymond Feist. Never read the book myself, though.
