Yea, I saw that theory established in a documentary series, actually showing the diaries from both dictators to back it up.

I feel bad for France for more reasons as well.
Early war French Armor was much better than early war German Armor. Early war French aircraft, though outnumbered, were equal in quality to German ones largely. I mean just the whole thing is sad, because they weren't beaten technologically, they were beaten by tactics alone, tactics that could have been countered were it not for [Censored]s in charge.
