I've used this website to uncover many old games that were lost when computers advanced from the 5 inch floppies to the three point five floppies to CD's. You can download many games for free here. So if you have any old games that you're itching to play again, enjoy: www.the-underdogs.org/

Ah...the classic Wacky Wheels. I never bothered to get that whole game, but did have a fun time playing the shareware version that came with the Duke Nukem 3D CD.
I have fond memories of watching my very computer-illiterate dad race my even more computer-illeterate uncle on a split screen race. Funny stuff.

I bought the full version and since 3drealms still charges for it I don't want to buy it again.

I'll just throw out some of the ones I've downloaded and enjoyed:
Wasteland Sentinel Worlds: Future Magik Many of those old text-only games, the Infocom games Treasure Island
Hmm...sorry I guess I can't think of many. It's been a long time. But for some good RPG's, Wasteland is okay if you like early nineties style. Bard's Tale II, if it's on there, is one of my all time favorite games. Activision put out some early Mechwarrior games, the Crescent Hawk's Revenge and the Crescent Hawk's Inception. Those were pretty fun. Sentinel Worlds I regrettably played very little but both older brothers loved it.
I'll post more if I can think of some. Those are all pretty old, so if you don't like old games, you won't like those.

Just looking for a fun game that I haven't played yet, as long as the gameplay is good I'm in.

Doom > Just thought I'd say thanks for the link. Reason being I bought my Gothic game used and it didn't have a manual with it. Well, the link you shared with us had that manual for download. Thanks again. Tsel

So you found yourself a manual, Tsel. I don't think you really needed it. You seem to do OK without a manual. ;D Shan

I dunno if on the site but I recently found a site to download it...the best abandonware rpg. I'm talking about Lands of Lore. An old westwood game n the Eye of the beholder style, only much better and way bigger. Haven't played it in quite some years but I remember it being insanely good, and extremely hard in some places.I had to download maps and a walktrough to finish it. If you want I can find the site for you spot

It's really annoying. I try and download any game and it just doesn't work. I go down to 'Where To Get It', go to that site, click on 'Download' but nothing happens! Anybody know why???

Yes, there are two blank boxes that you can type stuff into. The top box is the one you’ll be typing info into. Above that box is an advertisement, but inside, just below that advertisement, is a faint code. Type that code exactly as shown inside the top box. Good Luck Tsel

Also do you have an internet accelerator or something? It asks you to disable those if you have any active.
