Missed the beginning, unfortunatly, but heard the last two U2 songs. Damn good. And now it's over to Japan to hear Björk.
One question. How is this organized? I gather every concert takes place at the same time or am I mistaken? I Danish tv is jumping forth and back and I have a feeling it's being broadcastet the same way everywhere else.

Everywhere kicked off at 2pm local time, wherever they are in the world, if I understand correctly. So obviously the USA has yet to begin... U2 were great, I thought. Now watching Coldplay & Richard Ashcroft (of The Verve) singing Bitter Sweet Symphony Very cool Live 8 is now available to watching to 85% of the population of the world... Gotta love that

LOL. Can't say I'm a huge Coldplay fan, but I'm not hitting the mute button for this new song. It's not bad at all Robbie Williams & Joss Stone soon, though... certainly two of MY most anticipated performances of the day! Bet Joss is barefoot!

Mucho respect to Bob Geldorf!

Can't argue that! Geldoff has to be one of the world's best organisers, when he wants to be. And a real thorn in the side to the 'great & the good' ;D

Ah, yes, London does have the best preformers by far. Looking forward to those two too, any idea when they will be on? I haven't read a schedulee just seen the list

Elton's doing well, but I think U2 were better. Elton's a bit too polished, if you see what I mean. Not that my toes aren't tapping, mind, coz that's some catchy stuff he's doing ;D

Not bad, but I think he needed a better duet partner than Pete Doherty. Wasn't hugely impressed by him.
