I would be surprised if the number of seals killed by sharks was more than a small percentage of that killed by man (without counting other predators), though I have no idea. And most fish populations are depleting despite their natural predators'populations shrinking as well.
Sonar, I think one of the big problems with the fishing industry is spoilage; the percentage of what ends up being eaten/used vs what is caught/killed is terribly small. Mind that taking care of the spoilage in any of our consumption habits would probably improve a lot of the current environmental problems.
I've heard of 3 other possible causes for the bees' decline... Pesticids, waves messing with their systems and competition with invasive species/habitat loss.

Actually, in areas where Sharks have gone extinct in many cases, Seal populations have exploded, Lafille.
