Too "made" for singing a song called "fake"...

Well, she co-writes all her own songs, so she's not all that 'made'...
I always think if Skye were four years younger and English, she'd be Alex Roots.

Well firstly "co-writing" is in a lot of cases as synonym for changing some words on a song someone else wrote. The real skill is to write music to lyrics that reflect you, co-writing often (not always) means someone writes music, someone else writes lyrics and the artist only gives his opinion on both and changes some words to suit his/hers style better.
With "made" I also mean the image she fashions.

Well, she's not the most unconventional dresser, from what I can tell. Have to admit that. But then, she's a Pop/Rock chick, so there's kind of a limit if you intend to sell records...

^ Yeah but her played image is rather obviouslly made and not a reflection of her character. Good image is underlining your natural personality, a "made" image is what works at the moment and what your manager/agent tells you to approach.
Have that conversations a lot lately...

Fun for people who know how I actually am There were many discussions recently... about image... but firstly, I´m not 16 anymore and I don´t want to act like it either and I´m not emo/wannabepunk/trendy enough to care about current "in" things. I´ll stay very Kitty - geek chic & sightly popmetal (yes, beware of the term PopMetal!)

Could be worse. I still want to yell at people when some idiot mentions 'Pop Punk' like that's even possible! ;D

Could be worse. I still want to yell at people when some idiot mentions 'Pop Punk' like that's even possible! ;D Sounds like my view on most action "RPG's". That term isn't exactly counter intuitive in itself, but the way they implement it... "Look, it's an RPG because you get XP and level up!" Übereil

Autotune scares me...
songwriting is alright
but singingwise, sound designers use autotune for 2 reasons: 1. someone must sound "spacey" (Cher "I Believe") or 2. someone has not enough volume in his voice (or is breathy) - make your own desicion what the point was here.
Anyway, liked it slightly more then the rest of what you posted of her.
