Apparently I was entirely wrong and the FIA take their shit very serious... You weren't entirely wrong at all, you were more right actually! Read carefully: "However, having regard to the points in mitigation mentioned above and in particular the steps taken by Renault F1 to identify and address the failings within its team and condemn the actions of the individuals involved, the WMSC has decided to suspend Renault F1’s disqualification until the end of the 2011 season. The World Motor Sport Council will only activate this disqualification if Renault F1 is found guilty of a comparable breach during that time."That's not so bad, that's actually quite lenient towards Renault! Basically, Renault will only get banned if they do something "comparable" (which would be nothing short of smashing Alonso on the head with a beer bottle ;D ) within the next 2 F1 seasons. Although, of course, it's quite harsh towards Briatore...

Renault's main sponsor, the ING bank, did stop their sponsorship though. I think it's the moment for Alonso to take a seat at Ferrari. The 2nd race on that amazing circuit was run today by the way. And UK guys, start waving the colours: Hamilton stood on the highest step of the podium again

Well, not for this world title anymore. What they have to do is freakin' develop their car for next season and then start scoring again. McLaren (and Ferrari and some other teams too) had suck a bad start this season because they had all fought until the final second (really) to win last season's title. And because of that, they didn't have enough time to develop a decent car for this season. Jenson Button's team, Brawn GP, did develop a great car (at least for the beginning of the season) and it looks like he's going to clinch the title because of that great start.

Pity, if another competitor like (Vettel, for instance) had been doing better recently, there might have been a chance. But with the way it's going now, Button's almost certain to clinch this championship thanks to his amazing start (6 wins out of 7 races at the beginning )! But EK, you'll still have plenty to celebrate: Button will become the 10th British champion!

Yeah, he's been wanting it for the last 2-3 years, he deserves it (and will probably get it). Besides, Ferrari need a decent replacement for Massa, as much as I admire Schumi I've gotta admit; his time is done. And as far as any other champions go, well, Hamilton's not moving anytime soon, he admires his team too much.
