Yeah, I'll give you that one, Glance. Though myself, have always been and will be a Guinness drinker.
Oh, but I will stand up for many of Sam Adams brews, like Black Lager and Honey Porter to name a couple. I like my beer dark and rich.
As far as all these little sayings, I've got to say I think they're fun but not grounded in reality at all. The only times I've ever been sick is when I've had too much, regardless of the order.

And no I didn't try that, and from your description I should refrain from desperately trying to get some to make up for this taste deficit. Wait what? Why not? And beer then?  Champagne can be tasty. But every single bottle absolutely isn't. All those stupido's that yell "wooow" when they open a bottle at newyear's eve and then drink their glasses with a hidden disgust...

Every New Years's my parents celebrate with Champagne and me with Gin-Apple... looks nearly the same, tastes better..
