I'm wondering if that's actually legal. Last time I looked, you have the legal right to sell on stuff that belongs to you (At least in the UK), like books, magazines etc - and that includes games.
I'd love to see some consumer group challenge this in court.

UbiSoft can just go jump off a cliff, until they come up w/ a much more reasonable DRM scheme.
