Hey everyone, I've had this idea I've kicked around in my head for a while, and I wanted to see what you guys think of it. I think it would also be a good way for EVERYONE who visits the sports forum to come together and contribute in a topic.
Basically, I was thinking what if we made our own Cascade top ten lists. What you guys would do would be to PM me or E-Mail me (so the results would be a surprize to you all,) your answers to various questions I'd pose (such as greatest comebacks, biggest upsets, best players, etc.) in sports history, and then we would count down the top 10 at each and present their, or the team, game, etc. story. Of course by we, I mean I'd do the work and you guys would get to read it and comment on it... unless I need some assistance of course!
Does this sound like it would be fun for you? I think it would be a way for us to make lists that mix all kinds of sports together (football, soccer, baseball, whatever) and see what the Cascade's opinion is on important topics like this!
And as membership of the Cascade grows, we can revisit all these topics and update the lists! Maybe once a year or so. That way we can include the last year's events in the lists... if we feel they deserve such an honor!
If this sounds even somewhat interesting to you, please reply in this thread, as there will have to be at least modest interest for me to do it. After all if we have 4 people send in their answers... we won't have much of a list, will we?

Well I doubt I'd really need much help unless something or someone really obscure was voted. With the internet, I don't think that will be a problem however.

Well, it doesn't appear there is much interest in this, so I will let it fade away for now and perhaps try later. If you happen to stumble on this thread and want to participate, post and revive it! I think this could be a lot of fun and start some debate on the sports board... us sports fans love to tell each other how stupid we are after all.
