We had one on the general forum but let's start it off here too (Elliot, in case you're going to move the old thread here, feel free to delete) My favorite food is Raclette. It can be compared to fondue though much more versatile. There's one big raclette and a number of small trays where you can cook almost anything you'd like. I urge everyone to try this at least once. It might be a bit of an investment (I don't know precise prices but you can get one in DK for about 30$) and it's a great way to spend time with friend and family. I usually sit around the Raclette for hours, eating and talking. Plus, Raclette spurs on of those qualities that's so important to cooking - you'r imagination A picture of the raclette can be found here www.cooking.com/images/products/shprodde/219960.jpg

So many foods only one can be my favorite, do I go with quesadillas? Or the spicy excellence of Kung Pau chicken? I say both are my favorite!

My favorite of all food is Tai food, Pad Kee Mao especially. There is this little lunch counter in town that makes the most delicious Pad Kee Mao. Alot of times I will stop there and get some to take home for dinner because the girls love it too and they don't get to go there as much as Chris and I do. Shan

I can't say I have a favorite food as such. I like a lot of different kinds. I have a personal fondness for good Mediterranean style cooking, though.
