Note : all measurements are guesses
1/2 lb beef mince 2 table spoons olive oil 2 table spoons Tomato puree 1 - 2 Tins Chopped tomatoes 1 crushed clove of garlic Grated cheese Enough pasta to 1/2 fill a baking dish approx 12" X 12" X 2" (or your baking dish)
Brown the mince in a saucepan with 1 table spoon of olive oil. When done add the tomatoes, puree, and garlic + mixed herbs to taste. simmer for 10-20 minutes while the pasta is cooking. Cook the pasta.
When the pasta is cooked drain the water and then stir in the last table spoon of olive oil. Add the sauce to the pasta in the saucepan and stir in well. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and cover with the grated cheese.
Cook in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown.

DragonLord When you mentioned 1 to 2 tins of chopped tomatoes, were you talking about 1 to 2 large cans of chopped tomatoes or regular cans? Sorry I don't remember the ounces in the cans now. Shan

Thanks, DragonLord. I think that would be what I was refering to as a small can. This one sounds a little like out spaghetti casserole. I think I am going to try it and see what the others think. Shan
