A good idea and a good start... I suspect a bit more research will turn this into a viable concern.

This idea has been around for a while now. The main thing going against it these days is that rechargable soft cells tend to generate power at a lower ampage than their single use conterparts. There is also the point that generic soft cells are getting cheaper year by year as it costs less to produce them (of course inflation tends to counter this pont to the end user ). So the real question is can this be made a viable power source at a viable price? I hope so.
