We all know that Hollywood will make a sequel out of anything that does decently. But some movies deserve sequels more than anything. So here is a list of movies that need sequels IMO (Yes I realize that some of these movies are "In Development" but that means "We'll get to it whenever the hell we want to"):
Watchmen- You may be saying blasphemy because the GN ended perfectly, but the movie lacks that perfect ambiguous ending. Show us what happens after Rorscharch's journal gets to the masses. Show us the anarchy, and how this makes it necessary for heroes to return, because Ozymandias' plan was never supposed to get to the masses, and makes a generation of Rorschachs. Okay that sounds stupid, but if DVD sales do well I'm certain Hollywood will consider at least a direct to DVD sequel.
28 Weeks Later- Watch the end of the film. I hear Danny Boyle wants to direct, but this quote was from before Slumdog Millionaire hit it big.
Serenity- I just want to know what happens next.
Kill Bill- Tarantino said he wants to do a sequel, but this is Tarantino we're speaking about, so I would take this with a margarita sized grain of salt.
Those are my ones to contribute to Hollywood's sequel mania, so what do you guys want?

Master & Commander: The Far Side of The World - i know that the movie is an adaptation of 3 novels of the book series. however i feel that the books have a lot of stories in them, enough for sequels. btw, i haven't read any of the books. ;D

SPS: Watchmen...not seen it yet so i'll take our word for it. 28 Weeks later: Please, the first one was bad enough Serentiy: Hmmmm, Me thinks they should make a TV series about it....LOL Kill Bill: Yep ok, a spin off couldn't hurt. @ Jang: Master and Commander: No....russell crow was bad enough in the first one. Alas.....I can't currently think of anything to add...I'll Be Back

;D anyway, why i like a sequel of Master & Commander, Russel Crowe isn't it. i like the story as a whole, Paul Bettany, the crew, sight, sound etc.

I Am Legend - I liked it, but to quote someone I know : "It was like one freaking long introduction to a movie." I can sorta see what they meant. Cloverfield - Actually, we're gonna get one, so no worries there. I, Robot - Cuz the first one was just so cool. ;D (though I'm not sure what they'd choose for story ) Killerzzz
