No idea whether this really has any likelihood of reaching the British Parliament, let alone going through it, but I found it a very interesting idea. nonetheless. Basically, it's a bill to repeal useless and/or unnecessary regulation. The Great Repeal Bill

Isn't it kind of odd that you need a bill to repeal bills? Strangely enough in business processes you have a regular review requirement installed, which requires to re-consider and eventually change or adapt the process. I don't see why laws and regulations couldn't also be subject to regular review - instead of waiting until someone complains loud enough. Also, if politicians are busy reviewing and adapting (evolving) existing law, maybe they won't have the time to dream up additional ones.
