I'm looking for something that'll really spook the hell outta me. One thing, btw... no "Scream" movies and none of those slasher movies with too much blood and gore. I want something that'd freak me out for good. ;D The only really good ones I watched were err... ya know, those Chucky films and Exorcist. I've also watched a couple of those Nightmare on Elm Street films. Anything to recommend?

Evil Dead 1 and 2. Scary but very cheesy.

I recently saw something kinda interesting , "Horsemen" or "The Horsemen" , kind of a Se7en vibe a little , but a cool twist. there's this new vampire sort of flick with an interesting angle called "Daybreakers" , you should check out a preview..

If you like "Japanese Horror" I think The Ring is considered the best one. I also enjoyed The Grudge, but many others did not.
... Somehow I'm drawing up blank on what horror to suggest to you, and that's crazy for me!
A few to try out if they seem interesting: -The Uninvited -The Amnityville Horror -The Ruins
Whatever you do, make sure you watch them in the dark! ;D

The Hills Have Eyes is the film that scared me the most, ever. It has quite a bit gore and blood in it though. But at some points watching the film didn't feel right at all anymore ^^
(talking about the new version, not the old)
