When I was 5 (all the way until I was 7), every day before lunch I'd drink a mixture of whatever I could find in the bathroom's medicine cabinet (bleach, shampoo, floor cleaner, etc.). It's a miracle I never got sick from it! I once drank half a bottle of water softner, when I was three or so (how do you call that? "wasverzachter") no wonder I'm such a softie ;DThat helps explain why you're such a nice person. ;D (Hm, perhaps I drank a bunch of Holy Water)

I always wonder: what if I travel through time to meet my younger self. What would he think of his older self? ;D

Imagine a boss in Diablo with the following appearing when you move your cursor above it: Two-Headed Dragon Immune to Everything, "Religious" (Paladin Auras), RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! Hax! >_< Well, a nice "Lower Resist" curse will make short work of this boss. Killerzzz

Killerzzz Oh no, if he's immune to everything, that'd include curses. ;D @ Jang: Well, my younger self would say "Yep, just as I thought..." @ Hildor: Don't worry, Jang's talking about himself... ;D @ Jackyau: You play Winning 11? Which version?

When I was younger, I wanted to be a teacher until my English teacher told me that I didn't have the intelligence to do it.... I was 9 with the reading ability of a 14 year old, had passed my 11+ exam (a form of SAT to highlight intelligent kids and get them into Grammar School) and was tutoring older students in spelling and grammar!
After that, I wanted to be a Hitman.... I don't know why though! It was just something that appealed to me.
After that, I thought about becoming a psychiatrist. I didn't want to study all of it.... I was only interested in certain aspects. Studied a lot of it though and am thinking about going back to finish it off.
Then I wanted to study Criminal Psychology. I think I might study that too.
Then I wanted to do Motor mechanics.... dabbled and did quite well so I might go back and finish that.
The last thing I wanted, in all honesty, was to be a parent..... I never thought I would be good at it and always maintained that it was not for me.
But then I had a bambino..... and I am glad that my chosen profession is motherhood.... it's such an awesome job. Lousy bonuses, no days off, no medical insurance, no wages, lots of dirty and mess and a massive reward when they see you in the morning and smile, kiss you and say hello mummy.
Yep... I wouldn't change my job for the world!

I wanted to be a paleontologist, because dinosaurs are about the coolest thing in the universe to a little boy.
Then I wanted to be a writer.
Then I wanted to be a musician.
And I still do.
Except I'm a lawyer now.

"Rich man, poor man, beggar-man, thief; doctor, lawyer, Indian Chief!" (funny ol' kid song) @ Badheroine: That teacher lied to you! If you had a reading ability 5 years ahead of your class, you most certainly are very intelligent! But still, I personally think that the best job a woman can have is motherhood, and for a man, fatherhood. *sigh* that's one thing I haven't done yet that I really want to do: get married and become a Dad! However, as far as career choice goes, I consider myself to have one of the best jobs in the World, and I wouldn't trade it for the President's job!

@thd - Motherhood is awesome... although my little one is really pushing boundaries at the moment.... she has a hidden alarm clock somewhere in her room that goes off at 3:30am and that's when she wants to start her day! For an insomniac.... this is not good!

For an insomniac.... this is not good! Lol, I guess that's to be expected, little kids have strange hours! ;D I'm guessing within a year's time, she'll be sleeping/waking up a the appropriate time. (of course, a lot depends on how/when you put her to bed, how much exercise she had that day, etc.)

Oh I just remembered something. When I was a child, I also wanted to ... you know, learn how to stuff animals(not the "toys" but real animals). ;D I was kinda really obsessed with them as a kid and practically wanted to decorate my walls with them. Oh right... it's called a "taxidermist" and oh yes, there was the time when I wanted to become a mortician or what do you call... the kinda people who cut up dead bodies? Oh yes, coroner! ;D Basically, I wanted to become someone who got to cut up human bodies. Whether by legal or illegal means. ;D For some reason, my head wasn't screwed on right for a good many years.
