An actually balanced and correct report!I nearly headed this 'EU gets something right' but that sounds more like something that should go in Comedy/Jokes ;D It's nice to see them putting the real blame where it fairly belongs, though, I have to say.

Same, Terror. But with all the 'Evil Russia' propaganda that seemed to be poured out by everyone in the West over this, I thought it worth applauding the EU for actually calling it right.
It would be nice to think that a few national leaders would offer apologies, but I bet they won't.

Give the amount of death and destruction he caused, a case could certainly be made... At least he should stand trial in The Hague.
