Yes, apparently on Crystal MethWell, I'm not so surprised. He went through a difficult time, but he bounced back to become one of the greatest players of the Open Era!

I wouldn't call it doping, since doping indicates that your preformances are enhanced. Crystal Meth doesn't do that. It breaks your brain down, which is hardly helpful for anyone. Calling Meth use doping is kind of like calling Alcohol use doping.

But on the ATP-WTA tour, if you're caught taking almost any type of banned/illegal substance, be it deemed illegal Internationally (like Crystal Meth) or in the World of Sports (like, whatever it is that the Tour-de-France riders always get caught using) the sentence is generally quite heavy: I remind you of the case of Martina Hingis, who received a 2-year ban from the sport for using Cocaine (funny, it was only proven true a year after she retired).
