I'm curious, how do you all experience happiness? Is there some sort of reaction within your brains?
When you smile/laugh/grin, how do you "feel" the state of it?

Not sure I quite know how to answer the question... 'Happy' is frequently a matter of degrees and a lot depends on the cause. Someone who is happy because they are in love is surely going to feel vastly different than someone who is happy because they got an extra day off work on full pay or something... ;D
Where I don't have answers, I don't tend to answer. Much! ;D

I feel bad not answering this, but I'm rarely ''happy''
I get manic.
They're certainly not the same thing.
Sorry

When I feel happy I tend to walk around the house singing and smiling a lot, different things make me feel happy. I feel lots of happiness when my kitty is being loving to me, that is just one example of something that makes me feel happy.
