Hey guys, if we had a mini bar here, what drinks would you like to be in there? Post a picture and the name and recipes of a good coctail are very much appreciated since it's nearly summer time ;D
First of all, there is no summer without a great Mojito
And Martini Rosso is for me the drink to go out and be pissed without having a hang over the next day... ;D
CHEERS!
Oops i forgot the recipe of Mojito Rhum, lemon, sugar (preferably liquid sugar), mint leaves and soda water.

All those are way too strong for me... I would go for a little Tia Maria or mint cream with ice and milk. Otherwise, beer, cooler or plain lemonade.

Too bad Fille, but as long as you like it, no one says you have to drink alcohol. There are plenty of non alcoholic coctails to enjoy.
I forgot another one that is really yummie, but when I start with that one I don't mix it up with something else.
When I was in Norwich, I had the chance to taste a John Collins (Jdust, I hope I'm writing it right here?) Don't really know the correct recipe for that one, but it contained gin and was really refreshing.

...I rest my case. I'll go with you, I didn't say that the mini bar could only be filled with coctails Santé

Add this Belgian fella to the list: I prefer the blonde and the triple.

I sure wanna add another cocktail to the list, one I had here in Norwich. Jdust's dad makes them when it's a family bbq and I was soo lucky to be part of the first bbq of this year:
John Collins, a cocktail which was the bling bling drink from the 40's, use a chilled glass (straight out of the freezer) put some lemon juice and caster sugar around the rim 2 oz. Gin 1 oz. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Sugar Soda water You can add grenadine instead of sugar and for color, and decorate your glass with a slice of lemon or lime.

(You know, those that are used on the continent... )
