Thanks for the good wishes, people I had a great day. I got off from work early and my parents picked me up. We went to buy some of the presents that I needed to be there to purchase. Here's what I bought: A new cell phone - will pick up next week as it was not in stock. A pair of sneakers - I think they're damn cool  A pair of pants - I fit in a lesser size than expected ;D I also revieced a signe CD by one of my fave Danish artists and got some money. Good haul I was immediatly surprised when I returned home as my dad had been printing out a photoshopped picture of me dressed as a pepper on my doors - since it's a tradition in Denmark that 30 years old unmarried people have pepper thrown at them. Luckily there ws no pepper throwing but it was a fun picture and I will post when I get it on the comp. Furthermore there was small packs of pepper peppercorn in my room plus flags and the like. My mom cooked an awesome three course dinner which the three of us plus my best friend ate with delight. My parents left around 9.30 pm and I was exhausted after a very nice day That's my small birthday report - the real party will be tomorrow and hopefully fun. |

Crap - Another Monday I'm still damn exhausted after Saturday nights party, which was brilliant. It was small, 6 - 7 people, but we had a lot of fun and stayed at my place until the early morning - I think I went to bed around 6.30. I can't remember when I woke up but I definetly know what I woke up to - and it wasn't a female!  No siree, I woke up to a bed full of pepper corns! It's a long standing tradition in Denmark that unmarried people who turn 30 are given pepper (or acutally has it thrown all over them) and I declined having it thrown at me. So instead som fun souls decided to put it all over my bed when I was sleeping - good, clean fun, though. But what a mess I need to clean up when I get home All in all it was a damn good day |
