... I feel like I've wasted the last five years of my life. Now that I've graduated college, there isn't one damn job I can get. All the jobs listed in my area right now are for registered nurses, which I'm not. Or sales people, which I am definitely not.
I am so beyond frustrated. I still have my crappy job that I'm embarrassed to work at with DQ, but I don't know. I'm wondering why the hell I wasted all the time and money with school when my two time drop out brother is doing better than I am.

He's had more time to get into working, V. You've been a dedicated student, and in time that dedication will pay off. You'll get there - just keep looking!

Try to find areas ( "side-areas" ) where your knowledge is a plus.
What did you study, by the way ?

Well, I agree with Elliot ( ) A good job is bound to show up if you have good qualifications.

It's frustrating isn't it? To go through all that work at school, for me it was 6 years, and then to end up in retail because no one wants what you know.
It took me three years after graduating to finally land a good job where having a degree made a difference. I actually got hired because I had a degree and having a degree started me off at a higher pay level.
But it took three years of retail hell - pain and suffering physically and mentally - to get to where I am now. I've been at my job for 4 months now and I am so much happier.
But it's unfortunate that a degree does not gaurantee a job after graduation, unless its something skilled like nursing. And people like your brother have more time to go up the ranks in whatever profession he chose.
Hopefully, though, in the long run, your degree will help you break the pay-cap that your brother will face someday.
The other thing, is that there's a lot I learned working retail that is putting me heads and tails above others that were hired with me - customer service skills, work ethics, managerial skills, etc. So it wasn't completely a waste of time, though I certainly could have done without the physical pain.
Anyway, I hope this helps give you hope Venom. It isn't impossible to get a job with your degree, it's just a long road and hard work.

Perhaps you could also consider checking in other cities, if your current situation would allow it and that you could get something better that way. Your studies were certainly not wasted time and the time you spend working outside of your field will surely serve you too eventually. Perhaps you could also try to get experience in various other fields and that this could help to open more doors to you too. In any case, I hope that you'll can keep on trying and that things will unblock for you soon.
