Pizzas Hamburguers Tacos de Trompo Steaks grilled chicken etc
basically all the things that could kill a person, I like to feel the cholesterol crawling up through my veins.

Tough call for me. I have fairly varied tastes. Anyway... - Italian (I have a fetish for pasta. Sue me. ) - Spanish food, especially paella. I come from a Spanish family, so I was raised on the stuff. - Chinese - Japanese - Filipino - Mexican - Stuffed shrimps with crab - A nice grilled burger with mushrooms There's more, but I think that's enough for now.

Steve you have spanish origins?! that's interesting... So you're fond of paella?! funny, in Portugal we also have "our paella", it's an aglomeration of different "sea animals/fruits" with rice and an home made tomate sauce...but we don't put the "yellow spice" (don't know it's name in english) on the rice tough... fornutelly Portuguese traditional cooking doesn't have too much spices, but we use a lot of the best olive oil in the world...what can i say, mediterranean helthy cooking!!!

Yeah, Pedro. I'm American, with Spanish background on my mother's side. The paella that I normally have is something of a freeform version. I tend to vary ingredients up a little just to make things interesting. The most typical version involves rice, normally with things like shrimp, oysters, fresh peppers, onions, and things like that. The rice is yellowed by a spice called saffron, which are small red strands, and tend to be a little pricey in the US. Good call on the olive oil. I have to get the imported stuff, but worth it. Mediterranean food pretty much thrives on the stuff.

Kung Pao Chicken Beef Stew Homemade Pesto Meat lovers pizza Jambalaya almost anything with potatoes in it New England Clam Chowder Bacon cheddar anything, really love Bacon cheeseburgers though.
