As per Elliot's suggestion, I've started a thread to discuss leadership issues. * Okay, the subject of party leadership has been brought up. When we're past the door, it'll probably be a good idea to have a clear field leader. To me, this depends on what the characters would decide. It may be a good idea for everyone to sound out where they are right now. In your minds, who would the characters be willing to follow? From Rasidar's viewpoint, he can either lead or follow, depending on what he thinks is best for the party. I would be willing to do either. I could see him following Stelrein, but I'm willing to look at other candidates if anyone wants the job. Only other thing I'd suggest is that whoever is team leader be able to post regularly. The leader may have to make a lot of decisions on short notice. So keep that in mind when you make your choices. Thoughts?

I vote for me. ;D No, I'm just kidding. Seriously, I think the leader should be one of the stronger characters that has had some type of training and knowledge of leadership. Right now that seems to be either Rasidar or Stelrein and I have no problems following either. Rasidar, Stelrein which ever wants it and can do the job, I'm with them. Shan

Sarah: I think either Rasidar or Stelrein would be good choices. In fact, I think they should work as a team. I think Rasidar has more charisma, therefore would be a better spokesperson. But they both have the training to lead the group and make the right decisions. Loriana would follow/listen to what either of them says.

Will: I would suggest that Rasidar continue acting in leader capacity. As Stelrein, I wouldn't mind having a leadership role in combat, but since these are not trained soldiers, there will be much more to consider in a leadership position that a strictly military perspective. Therefore, I suggest Rasidar be the main leader while Stelrein acts as a secondary commander, mainly for combat engagements.

I wouldn't mind working with Stelrein with such an arrangement. In fact, a clear chain of command would be desirable. Cooperation between the two of us would probably help group morale, too. Of course, I'm willing to hear what the group has to say on this.

Will: Whoever the lead turns out to be, I would recommend that our first fighting encounter should be based around Cedric - being at present the strongest fighter equipped. Therefore strategies designed at this point would be ones to support Cedric delivering a killing blow where needed.
This can probably be further discussed once a leader has been chosen by the group.

Cedric is a loner with an independent mind.
He does not seek leadership, also has no experience as such in operating wih groups. He will be a disciplined follower of anyone he respects, as long as the leader's decisions make sense to him. Should that not be the case, he will speak up.

Homm follows the whisper. since the whisper told him to follow Rasidar, then Rasidar is the new but temporary one for Homm to follow. that is until the whisper says otherwise.... .
Homm would follow quietly along. maybe later on i will see how he can join the group.
