Rasidar
The arrow pulls out with difficulty, but eventually you manage it. It is pure white and unstained, with a white gold head and chasing down the shaft in intricate patterns. It feels clean, somehow, but not holy as such.
You have no doubts at all that it is magical.

"`Tis definitely enhanced by magic," Rasidar says to Ash. "`Tis not a holy weapon, precisely, but `tis a sense of purity about it. You may wish to ask Cedric to see if he knows more about its magic."
Rasidar finally lays the arrow gently into Ash's hand. He finally offers her a smile.
"`Tis yours, as I promised," he says. "We may have need of this in the future. But for now, `tis best left in your keeping."

Rasidar & Ash
"`Tis yours, as I promised," Rasidar says. The arrow shimmers for a moment with soft golden light, and Ash's fingers tingle. The arrow continues to sit in her hand, looking all innocuous...

Does Rasidar recognize the magical effect in any way?

Rasidar
You are unfamiliar with the type of magic involved.

Rasidar looks at the arrow curiously as it glows.
"`Tis some magical effect I understand not," he tells Ash, shaking her head. "You should inquire with Cedric before you make any further use of it. I suspect the enchantment to be benign, but I cannot be certain."

Leim listen to everything that going on and growled, as he couldn’t make heads or tails of the whole damn thing. His clench fist in front of him and he growl as he shout. ”Will all you shut the hell already!” Leim stared at the one doing the most talking Rasidar. ”Who are you freaks and what going on?” he points at the Zu and shook his hand at the Genie. ”Who is this idiot and why can’t all you tell time right its clearly 1399 with two moons before the new year.” he look around.
“I wont be ignore by you weirdoes you will start explaining yourself or we will have problems.” He was pissed not so much at being in a strange place but at being ignored.

Rasidar turns to the newcomer. He does not appreciate his attitude, but he does see his point...
"Aye, perhaps you deserve an explanation," Rasidar says. "As do we all. We know little more than you. We awoke within strange beds, with fogged memory of our pasts and none of our possessions. We have banded together so that we may survive to discover the truth, and find some means of escape from this place. If this interests you, then we would welcome your assistance. Who might you be, sir?"
Rasidar briefly introduces the members of the party. Finally, Rasidar looks to Zumir, then back to Leim.
"This is Zumir, a noble Djinn who has kindly lent us his aid," Rasidar says. "He is bound to this room by a mage until we can find and destroy his control talisman. He has freely given us much valuable aid and advice that we would otherwise lack. I ask that you treat him with respect."
Rasidar finally looks to Ash with an expression of concern.
"I should ask good Zumir to examine you," Rasidar says urgently. "He might know the nature of the enchantment."

Ash listens closely as Rasidar explains what happened with Scim and her anger begins to subside.
Ash smiles as she says "Big brothers always trying to look out for little sisters whether they want them to or not. You are just like him, you know that? Always trying to protect me."
"Did you always give Callie this much trouble," she asks with a grin. "If you did, then no wonder she had such a hard time getting stuff through your head."
*****************
Ash watches as Rasidar pulls the arrow from the demon wondering whether the arrow really was holy or magical or both. Had it been what had killed the demon and what had happened to the person you had shot it.
As he places it in her hands, Ash feels a her fingers tingle. Looking at Rasidar, she asks "Did you feel that? It tingles. I've never felt an arrow that tingles before. Does that mean it is magic?"
*************** Ash sees the look of concern on Rasidar's face. "What's wrong, Mr. Knight?" she asks. "What do you mean by enchantment and why should Zu look at me? There's nothing wrong with me."
*******************
Looking over at the new guy, Ash says "You better leave Zu alone. He's my friend." Then looking at Zu she says "Zu, if he's mean to you, you can hit him. It's OK with me."

“Dwin? What a hell a Dwin?” He looks at Zu now less angry. “Are you suppose to be strong or something?” he walked around the Djinn and sniff the air again. ” I suppose not if you were caught and imprison.”
He looked over at Rasidar. ”I will talk as I want you’re not my father old man.“ he stuck his tongue out him. “Why are we believing a guy who could be just feeding us stuff to just free himself so he can kill us later.” he was swaying now as he talk he moved around as if he was a hyperactive child which he was. “What is he going give us for helping him beyond some backward mystic talk used to confuse people.”
He shrugged and walked away from the Djinn and look. Rasidar in square in the eyes as he point at the elder knight ”I am Leim Day’Storm you better remember it mister.” he just fold his arms and closed his eyes and start thinking of ways to escape.
His eyes shot open and he looks at Ash as she comment on the Djinn had permission to hit him. ”He doesn’t have my permission to hit me and beside your idiot friend a bigger loser than the rest us cause he suppose to magic or something he caught in the same prison as the rest us!”

Cedric: how muc hdo you know about the kind of magic that would have been used to summon and hold us here? Is it possible that the Demon was scarificed in some sort of rite to empower such events?

Stelrein ponders the blue & gold remains of the badge, trying to remember if he recognized the colors belonging to any lord.
(E - does Stelrein recognize the badge?)
Then he asks Zumir, "Do you you recognize the colors of the badge?"
Stelrein speaks, "I thought the year was 1132..."
Watching the exchange with Leim and the others, Stelrein sighs, scratches his head, then quickly strikes out and hits Leim on the side of the head, knocking him to the ground, "If Zumir would indeed want to kill you, he would have done so. If I wanted to kill you, I would have been a bit more precise as to where I hit you on the head." He turns his cold blue eyes on Leim, "And if you have problems with any of us, I suggest you pick your door and go on your way." he points to the three doors that lead out from the demon's room. Stelrein continues to watch Leim coldly.

(Elliot; there is the skin they used to play with the airflow left; Mao asked Homm to drop it in the corridor's intersection for other people awakening, don't know if he did)
Mao listens to the explanations about the demon's white burns while she carefully extracts his teeth. (Elliot, could we have any use of his horns?)
"Holy fire? Makes sense... and not; fighting fire with fire?" Mao says, puzzled. Her bonds with nature made her aware of the different elements, but maybe that didn't apply to that kind of magic? "Does this specific spell give you any clue about the kind of organisation that used it, like, is it specific to holy knight orders? And could you recall who the emblem on the badges might belong to?"
Each time she extracts a tooth, Mao puts it in the blanket strip. When she finishes, she wipes the glass shard on the strip, which she then folds to wrap the teeth and puts that in the pouch she took earlier. "I'd need some glassware to get of the ichor, ideally," Mao says with disappointment, standing up. It's not everyday that one has the opportunity to get demon blood like that... "Mother would be amazed, even though she'd try not to show it; but she wouldn't fool me," Mao thinks in amusement as she imagines it. But as soon she remembers of the time at which they supposedly are, and her joy gets replaced by anxiety - anxiety that she tries to evade by bringing back her attention on the reality of the moment.
Her eyes get caught by the arrow that began to glow into Ash's hand. "Wow, neat!" she says, with a slight smile when noticing the two opposite reactions it created on Ash and Rasidar.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Mao hears an unknown (vehement!) new voice coming from Zumir's room and approaches to see what happens. She notices Leim as Rasidar introduces him to the group. Mao simply nods at Leim, standing a firm but relax posture when Rasidar comes to her turn.
"Ah... another little bomb to watch," she thinks with irony, glancing at Ash and Homm to see if they reacted to Leim already. The tension obviously rose in Ash's case...
Mao is intrigued by Zumir's reaction to Leim's comments, so she observes him carefully to try to find what might be going on in his mind and how things will turn...

Loriana gasps with surprise at what year it was. Her last recollection is of the year 1251... She shook herself from thoughts of Gloria and turned her attention to the newcomer.
She yelled in surprise at Stelrein hitting Leim, "Stelrein!"

Leim got smack on the side of the head by another of weirdo and growl as he rub the side of his head. ”Are stupid he needs us cause he can’t get his dumb controller thing why else would he care.” he looked around at room full of strangers. “You can trust some stupid monster but I am not.”
He looks up at Stelrein and his eyes show pure hatred and spite toward him for striking him even if no malice was meant. ”Warning old fool next time you hit me you better make it a death blow or I will rip your throat out before you ever get to hit me three times.” he walked off toward the connecting room.
”Stupid adults they always hit ya if you don’t agree with them. All of them are freaks and weirdoes.” he went in to the next room and stop as looked around seeing the dead demon and bodies all around he sighed. ”Well. Now I feel at home with all the corpses around.”
He sighed and claps his hands together and said a little pray. ”Sorry you guys died. Hope you all find your proper places in the next world.” he clapped his hands 3 times and the past threw the corpses.
Leim scan the room and looked for any possible signs the other miss.

"Holy Fire burns as flame, yet destroys the unholy," Rasidar explains. "`Its blessed nature is abhorrent to those of demonic origin. Enough Holy Fire could fell even such a fiend as this."
"Nay, I remember not the emblem," Rasidar admits. "But then, `tis been a thousand years or more. Perhaps `tis some new order, or something else..."
(El, would Rasidar know precisely who would be able to use Holy Fire, and if it's exclusive to knightly orders?)
"I cannot allow you to come to harm..." Rasidar says, but then shakes his head. "I... had a younger sister once, long ago. I... would not wish to lose another."
He considers asking about her brother, but thinks the better of it. He would rather she not think about the possibility he may be gone...
"Aye, she was often cross with me," Rasidar admits. "Though often I knew not why. `Twas often difficult, but still did I enjoy making amends with her..." His voice trails off wistfully as he remembers a kiss he once shared with Callie...
"Aye," Rasidar says. "`Tis some magical effect I had not anticipated. I know not what, but `tis unsettling to me." He sounds concerned...
"I need to know the nature of the magic upon you," Rasidar explains. "I know not how it has affected you. Zumir might know should he examine you. Besides, `twould be an opportunity to ask him about your new arrow."
Once she agrees, Rasidar approaches Zumir, with Ash in tow.
"Sir Zumir, I have a request for you," Rasidar says. "Ash discovered an arrow of magical origin within the back of the demon. I believe this arrow may have left some sort of spell upon her, but I know not what. Can you help us?"

Rasidar is quickly disturbed by the sound of Stelrein punching Leim.
He quickly turns and rushes between Stelrein and Leim. He eyes them both with wary annoyance.
"Stand down, the both of you!" Rasidar tells them flatly. "We have enemies enough without turning against one another. We either work together, or we fall individually."
He looks to Leim first.
"Regardless of who began this fight, Stelrein is correct upon this point. If you wish to leave with us, you will cooperate with us or you will be left behind. I offer a fair chance, but I will not compromise the safety of this party. You've made enemies enough for one day. You need no more. Think upon that when next you loosen your tongue."
Rasidar looks back to Stelrein. He looks disappointed rather than angry.
"You, I expect much better from," Rasidar says. "I cannot fault your intentions, good Stelrein, but you are a soldier. Survival relies upon discipline, as you well know. If you feel you must impose discipline in such a manner, I suggest you discuss it with me first.
"More to the point, you struck a child in anger. Consider our predicament. Leim may bear the appearance of maturity, but some of us have been aged through our slumber. He behaves as a child because he is one. Perhaps he has behaved wrongly, but he is still young. `Twas wrong of you, and unworthy of the great soldier I know you are. Apologize to him."
Rasidar walks off, curious about Leim and his interest in the demon room. He listens carefully as Leim prays for the souls of the fallen. Rasidar silently offers his own to the Great Mana, and considers. Perhaps there was yet hope for him...

"But there is nothing wrong with me," protests Ash. "All I felt was a little tingle. It didn't hurt."
She looks at the arrow in her hand and smiles. For some reason she really liked this arrow and it meant alot to her.
She looks back at Rasidar and sees the stubborn look on his face. It was a look she had seen many times on her brother's face. There was no way she was going to get out of it no matter how much she protested. "You're just as stubborn as my brother," she says giving Rasidar a hard look. She then grins as she says "OK, I'll go with you if it'll make you happy."
When they reach Zu and after Rasidar has finished explaining his concern, Ash holds out the arrow and says "Zu, I know the arrow was made by the elves, but can you tell me anything else about it? When Mr. Knight gave it to me. I felt a tingle in my fingers that is why he is so worried."
