Ya'know maybe we should Commision Byrne to do a sketch of jessica Alba as Invisible Girl. Hec would love that ;D Actually, I wouldn't. However, if Byrne can be commisioned to sent me Jessica Alba to my house, that would make me very, very happy. And Shark, we all know you went out to drink the sadness of this with your bud Rod Odom. Stop projecting on me!

Don't do it, man. Hair-tearing stupidity abounds, and one can only fall into the abysm.
Until you realise. There is. No bottom to hell.
(Yeah, I'm back. My comp broke, possibly at the moment the internet sundered.)

You will be banned so fast your feet won't touch the ground, Shark.
However, do what you will, but remember 'evil is the reflection of evil' and no good will come of this.
I followed your link, H, but I closed the window real fast and didn't read much.

That WOULD be [Censored]ing funny if I registered over there ;D
However, I [Censored]ing hate John Byrne, so as much as I'd like to tell all those eejits on his board to [Censored] off, even I have standards. -SHARK DIGGLER

Oh god, so would I, but it's worth remembering the zen epigram that says their own worst punishment is to be who they are.

I don't know why you think that, I mean, where else can we found such rational, well-tought and informed opinions such as this: and my point is, a good story ISN'T ENOUGH. The Best Story in the world can still leave your properties damaged and unuseable, Morrison is excellent at doing this trick. You CAN'T F* the Industry and expect there to continue to BE one, no matter how Artfully you do it. You have to do what you have to do to make the Industry LIVE, and a TRUE ARTIST should be good enough to do THAT and make a good story of it.www.byrnerobotics.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=7490&PN=2&TPN=4

I was just being sarcastic, E. That quote is so stupid that indeed, as Duncan put it, 'their own worst punishment is to be who they are.'

I meant I didn't understand the quote, Hec. It contradicts itself at first and last and gets kind of incoherent in the middle. I got lost!

Oh, that. Don't even try to. It's just part of the blind hatred that board has towards anything that doesn't make comics the way they did when they grow up. I picked it because the Morrison comment was especially stupid. Last time I check, JLA and X-Men were still usable, and it's because of Morrison that DP and Animal Man even appear on the radar.
