to everyone
which comics/titles have made you LOL (and not just a smile, but a good old laugh)?!
for me, Liberty Meadows is the best comics/title in this field...not only Frank Cho draws great facial expressions, but the scenes/strips are a must have/read?!
what about you?!
regards

Not many comics do it for me these days. There aren't nearly enough fun comics around anymore. Still, there is the occasional exception. I'd go with pretty much anything from Giffen and DeMatteis that I've read. Their Justice League titles over at DC most of all, but I've gotten some good laughs out of Defenders too. Oh, and speaking of Giffen, I'd also include Lobo Unbound. That was hilarious.

Well, I think my avatar gives it away.
Giffen and Dematties all the way-. Thier JL comic run is my all time favorite comic book and the funniest too. Their current Defenders work is cool and I'll recommend Hero Squared to everyone. Giffen did some fun stuff on his own. The Lobo stuff was fun at times and especially Ambush Bug were a highlight - fun, fun stuff.
I usually got a good laugh at Ennis' dark humor in Preacher and Hitman and I read the Lobo/Hitman crossover the other day - that was fun too.
There's plenty more stuff - but I'll go with Giffen as the funnest person in comics. Let's all worship him ;D

GLA made me laugh alot. It may have been dark and it turned me off at first but I doubt you can hold back your laughter after seeing the last page of GLA #4. I can't wait for the X-Mas special.

PAD always make me laugh between the serious issues he tackle. His Impulse was perfect in Young Justice.
Giffen and DeMatties with their original run until JLA #40/JLE #10 or so. FKATJL was hilarious, but the jokes got old already by the sequel and Defenders barely got a chuckle out of me.
GLA was fantastic. I laughed really hard at Slott's industry satire.

LIBERTY MEADOWS, yeah. Excellent art and usually funny. What I've read of DEFENDERS and GLA were pretty good. I also try to get Kyle Baker's PLASTIC MAN when possible. Favorites include the two-parter where Plastic Man and Woozy go back in time in order to ensure that Lincoln would be assassinated. Back in high school I regularly bought the LETHARGIC LAD comic (it's now a webcomic at www.lethargiclad.com and back-up to DORK TOWER, which I also thought was funny), and just today I picked up the Jumbo-Sized Annual #3, which reprinted 2003 online strips and some new material. There's a scene where all the villains are preparing to attack the Lethargic Lads and act as parodies of the MATRIX sequels, HULK, TERMINATOR 3, CHARLIE'S ANGELS, and X2. Then one of the Lethargic Lads tells them to wait and goes... "If you guys are supposed to represent this year's blockbuster movies, you picked a bad year. There wasn't really any big movies this year... Which makes you all kind of weak and powerless. The only real popular movies were the fish cartoon and the Spider-Man sequel, and you guys aren't making fun of those." "Spider-Man sequel?" "Yeah, where Spider-Man never wears his costume, and he travels back in time to race horses? That one."
