"Whose side are you on?" My answer? DC's. ;D
Seriously, there is not much to get excited about this month. Looking forward to T-Bolts #100, and I'll try Annihilation if only for Nova. Fury is a maybe. Otherwise... not much grabbing my attention.

I wish they'd cut the renumberings, I really do...

Agreed. I'm more tired of renumbering being used as a sales scheme than anything, though...

I wouldn't mind a coherent strategy, like relaunching all titles at the old numbers, as if there had never been a cancellation/break in putting the title out. But when an issue #18 or whatever is followed by #100 it gets incredibly confusing. Well, more annoying, but still...

Marvel is trying to have it both ways is the thing.
They want to be able to relaunch a book for the #1 when it's convenient... and then go back to the old number once they get a "special" number out of it. It's typical Marvel 90's-style gimmickry.
I'd be able to deal with it if it were consistent, though, as you say.

Hum...
Definitely:
Dead Girl Cap Daredevil Hmm... Cap Anniversary - sounds good.
Probably:
Books of Doom - assuming it's still going well Deadly Genesis - likewise Fury - should get back on the Ennis bandwagon Iron Man - believe it when I see it Nextwave - assuming it starts well
Maybe:
Star Brand - always liked this in backups for whatever it was when I was a kid, love Pulido. Good chance. X-Men - if Doop can outdo the squidgy art. Illuminati - maybe. Love Maleev, like the name, but BMB's star's tarnished a bit.

What ever happened to Iron Man? Did they forget they were making a regular series? And I agree with that whole renumbering thing they should never do that. I hate that whole thing. Richard Vasseur www.jazmaonline.com

Iron Man was supposed to be bimonthly for Warren Ellis's run. Then it ended up getting delayed by months. I'm pretty sure it will be finished at some point, just a question of when. I think the next issues have been resolicited, IIRC. Hopefully, we won't have these kinds of ridiculous delays when the next team takes over.
