I'm just asking because for the past two weeks my guy here hasn't gotten everything he should be. Last week he didn't get Sensational Spider-Man, this week he didn't get Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, and this week he still didn't get SSM. I'm pretty frustrated and am now thinking about getting mine offline. I know most places have a discount online as well, my guy doesn't. Me no getting new Spidey makes me mad.
Anyway, does anyone do this? And if you do, where do you go and what do you think of it?

I am a huge fan of Lone Star Comics. They buy certain back issues for a decent prcie. You get with in-store credit or cash. The credit is a better option. Then once a month, place a large order, get a discount, and save on shipping, using the credit I received.
I have been using them for over a year. I received only one damaged package and they promptly replaced my books for free.

I've only bought a few back issues online. I've gotten a few from midtowncomics.com and had good experience. Here's a website that you can do subscriptions from and they have great discounts. The drawback is you get all your comics shipped together at the end of the month. You can also order just a few comics at a time, but you get more of a discount the more you buy.

I've done back issues off the net before, but not new ones, but my guy here is really frustrating me when he isn't getting Spider-Man of all books in.... and I've had a few other issues with him before, thou he's generally good.

I have the solution to your problem buddy. I have stopped using my LCS and have started buying from THESE GUYSI am TOTALLY happy with the experience. You save 40% on comics through them and they arrive in fantastic shape. They charge $1.79 for the $2.99 comics. Now shipping is additional of course (depending on how much you buy), and you can add weekly shipping, or do what I do and add bi-monthly shipping (it is only an extra $4) The more you buy, the better the deal, of course, so if you are only buying 4 or 5 titles a month, the shipping will eat your savings, so keep that in mind. BUT ... If you are a glutton like myself, you can save mega bucks. I have about 40 titles in my pull list. It comes out to about $75 a month for me, INCLUDING the bi-monthly shipping. (That is less than $2 bucks a book.) Plus most of the new titles (IE - the new JLA, Flash, Ghost Rider) you buy issue 1 at only .75 cents !!!!!! That is a nice way to "try" a new title. I also get a copy of Previews (that normally runs for what? $4.50 or so) for only $1.17

Hmmm, how long does it take to get to you about? Standard mail time is 5-7 days, but they have several options based on how much you are willing to pay & how fast you want them.

Just so you know ... going through DCBS, My books are shipped on Tuesday, and I normally have them on that Friday morning, sometimes they arrive Thursday. That is coming from Indiana to Virginia (To give you a distance reference).
