I always liked his fluid and fun style and I hear he was a great person also.

Aw, this is terrible news. It's really a shame. Of all of Ringo's work, I'm probably fondest of the work he did with Mark Waid. Especially his work with Waid on Fantastic Four, which will probably be remembered as one of FF's most defining runs. He was a great storyteller who constantly worked to improve his style and produced some fine work in the process. It's just sad, really.

Say it isn't so! Wieringo is one of my favorite artists of all time! Also I hear he was one of the nicest men in comics. I will really miss him.

i cant belieev the news. Ill always remembher his work on robin as one of my favourite times in the title, and Steve already mentioned his astounding work on FF. But there was so much more...Flash, Spiderman....
Its so sad...

I remember him best from Tellos. His artwork there was wonderful, and suited the story perfectly.
