Looks really nice.
As long as it remains an Action-RPG, I very likely won't buy it, nevertheless.

I have seen this game for $20 at gamestop for the 360. I am very tempted to buy it but is it any good? I want to hear this from somebody who has played it.

I've played the PC version of S2:FA - and yeah, that was a good action-RPG - it's got more of an open-world at your disposal than other ARPG's (think Titan Quest and Diablo), I should note. If you wanted an open-world Diablo, S2:FA is a good game. It can be quite addictive - with that kind of Diablo mentality (kill monsters, pick up some unique loot, do a quest, swap loot out in inventory, kill monsters more, repeat cycle).
But...I can't speak on the console versions. I don't know how it'd work around a gamepad, but it played fine about a PC KB/mouse - since you pretty much click-and-point like crazy (like Diablo). You'd want to talk to console gamers and read reviews on the console version, I'd guess. I am not sure how well the game was ported to the consoles technically, either - so, you might want to check on that to see if they botched the port or not.
But, be warned, though - the console version of S2:FA is NOWHERE as patched-up as the PC version. Especially since Ascaron went under. Remember, Ascaron was a PC company first and foremost, pretty much - plus, console versions didn't sell so hot. Deep Silver pretty much took over and been patching the PC version.
And also be warned - the console versions are NOT getting the Sacred 2: Ice and Blood expansion pack PERIOD. S2:FA didn't sell well on the consoles. Also, it gets even crazier here - if you do want S2: Ice & Blood for the PC, you will have to buy the PC UK versions of S2:FA and S2:IB. S2:IB does NOT work w/ the USA version of S2:FA - publishing discrepancies here b/t Deep Silver (owner of Sacred property; also UK publisher S2: FA and S2:IB) and CDV (exclusive USA publisher for S2 games). S2:IB is NOT coming to the States - not anytime soon, at least; not until CDV and Deep Silver come to an agreement - so, Deep Silver blocked S2:IB from working w/ those who have the USA version of S2:FA. Also, you could buy S2: Gold Version (only out in the UK), which includes both S2:FA and S2:IB - Gogamer is known to sell imports of the S2 games and even now is selling Sacred 2: Gold Edition.

Just ordered Sacred II Gold from gogamer for $30 Thanks for the info mysterd. You're welcome. I didn't follow it - but ugh, that stinks. I'll eventually wind up buying S2: Gold, probably. Not anytime soon, though - since I already bought S2:FA - Collector's Edition (USA Edition) and would basically have to re-buy S2:FA and then buy S2:IB - or just flat-out buy S2: Gold so I can run the expansion. When it gets cheaper, I'll probably buy it. I do eventually want to stomp some lands as a Dragon and all...mwahahaahaha (which is one of the new classes in S2:IB)!
