A Note On Nude Paintings
While no nude paintings can be directly posted on the forum, providing links to them is fine as long as you attach a clear warning to the post so that others can choose to avoid them if they wish. Note that erotic or sexual pictures may not be linked to at all, and no nude photographs may be linked to in this manner.
This rule clarification is added to clear up an area of the posting rules that was previously somewhat ambivalent.

Despite all my prevarication on this issue (caused by my lack of any real knowledge of art), I believe the best compromise to be the one I am quoting above, and as such it constitutes my final ruling upon the matter.
