Well, watching any of my favorite sports teams ALWAYS takes my mind off everything else for the duration of the game. Playing sports is fun too, but none of my friends are any good.
Hanging out with your friends helps a lot too I think.
Also playing a game for a little bit can help.
That's just what works for me.

I try to keep the phlisophy of work stays at work in mind. When I'm not at work I know that what ever I do is for my own enjoyment, rather than for the enjoyment of others. Even when I am helping other people it's because I want to not because I need to. Granted things like housework have to be done, but that's part of the responsibility of owning your own home. But whatever happens I try to keep each activity seperate in my mind. The other thing I try to remember is that the only person that can get you stressed is yourself, and then ask myself if this is worth getting stressed over.

Good advice Konrad.. ;D @ Pedro, I just never get stressed, because I have never worried about the job as being of top priority in life, and I have never had to worry (like some have) of getting another one...guess it takes me out of the equasion.... But, I think if I did, I have found that counting my blessings for my life and health and all that I have received from God sort of puts me in my place of just how fortunate I am in the grand scheme of things, especially when you look at all the Chaos and suffering in the world.....I come to the conclusion that "Every day above ground is sincerly a great day!"... ;D and I am extremely thankful....so no stress

America's Postal Workers seem to have a good method in venting their stress. Try Googleing Going Postal. Tsel

I get stressed out all the time. It's always up to Will to help me unstress and I know it's a big strain on him. So I guess I haven't found a way to not stress. I'm hoping by getting a different job I won't stress so much, but I've learned over the years to worry too much which in turn creates stress.

usually (from my side) stress is deeply linked to responsability and the impulse/need to give my best as a professional...even if people might not give a more serious look at responsabilities/fonctions we have under our wing.
always waiting to give/do/present the best we can...being our own worst critic it seems!

Since I've known what I know under the name "autogenes Training" it has very often been helpful for me. It's a blast when you "command" you shoulders to relax and actually feel them "falling down" !
