Can hardly seem like my boards without a music topic somewhere, so here's the first In the last few weeks I have picked up a couple of really good CDs: Devil's Playground by Billy Idol Counting Down The Days by Natalie Imbruglia So - what were the last CDs you bought? And did you like them?

Well I don't really buy cd's anymore. Last one I bought was Oasis - standing on the shoulder of Giants. Part of the reason is that I only have my computer and a discman to play music on, and for some reason my comp won't let me play or even copy original cd's So I used to download a lot of mp3's but stopped that a while ago since I always got virus. Nowadays friends send me music or I listen to new music on yahoo launch. And I'm seriously comcenplating byuing legal mp3's of Danish 80ies pop/rock classics. I really like the concept of paying a small amount for that one song you can't seem to find

I don't buy that many CD's myself these days. Though I sometimes will if I'm sufficiently interested.
Last CD's I got were Skye Sweetnam's Noise From The Basement and Lindsay Lohan's latest. Pretty good stuff, overall.
I am tempted to get the new Billy Idol and the Tina Turner retrospective album, though.

Skye rules I have often said so Lindsay's album is very good, but Skye has that extra something that I think will make her into a real superstar in time

I don't buy very many cds either. I am very picky about the music I like and I have a realy hard time finding stuff that really apeals to me. One of the very last ones I bought was "The Visit" by Loreena McKennitt. I especially like the songs "The Lady of Shalott" and "All Souls Night " which are on it. Shan

Good guess, Elliot. When I first met Tsel and he found out that I liked Loreena McKennitt, that is the same thing he said. And guess what. You guys were right. I do like their music. I like it alot. I had never heard of them until I met him though. I now have 3 cds of their though "Shadow of the Moon, Ghost of a Rose, and Under a Violet Moon." Shan

These are the latest cds that I've bought: U2: How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb Green Day: American Idiot Billy Idol: Devil's Playground Morrissey: You are the Quarry Weezer: Make BelieveMorrissey's 'You are the Quarry' is easily the best. After all, he IS the best singer of all time! I just love the song 'The First of the Gang to Die'! Hector, I don't know if you've heard it, but I must say, that song's about you! American Idiot is awesome, lots of good tracks on that one. U2 was okay, far from their best in my opinion. Devil's Playground was okay. Just got the new Weezer album today, so far so good. I really like the song 'Beverly Hills'. -SHARK DIGGLER
