Alright, this is Earth day! Linkin Park is on now, and it's not really good. The lead singer sounds way off - strange for a Linkin live concert, really Anyway, should be a good - and long day - full of music. I won't be here all day as I am goin to watch this at a friends house. But discuss anyway

Not on terrestrial TV over here, so this looks like one I'm gonna miss. Not that the lineup I heard about ever looked all that spectacular anyway.

It's a cool initiative, concerts for Mother Nature all over the world! Some confirmed artists are Bon Jovi, Black Eyed Peas, Alicia Keys, Crowded House, James Blunt, Kelly Clarkson, Madonna, kORN etc...

...and I just read the final line up. I'll pass. I'm only really interested in Joss Stone & James Blunt.
Edit: OK, and Bon Jovi ;D
But I just got one song sandwiched between two video messages. Heck of a way to run a concert...

I'm home again and watching Melissa Ethridge - what a great voice and she's preaching now in between her great "I need to wake up" Still needs to see some big names - Madonna, Police, Waters and hopefully Bon Jovi (otherwise I'd have missed them and that would be bad).. Only 2½ hours till closing time ;D

I've been listening to music all day myself. Finally got around to putting a lot of music on my computer for easy getting at. That was most of my day, in fact

Note, an unecofriendly concert.
I eat meat, but here is a little known fact. They served meat, and meat is up there with POWER PLANTS for causes of major amounts of man made co2.
The concerts are going to have an impact, and lets be honest, nothing gets done.

Personally, I liked the acts that flew out there in privately chartered planes ;D I'd bet many of them run huge cars, too.

Yes, thats effectively right.
Basically, people who personally pollute more then anyone else, are ordering people who don't pollute as much individually, to cut it out.
