Meanwhile, the Nuggets have traded for Allen Iverson.
This is a trade the benefits both teams. The Nuggets get a player to help them through until Carmelo comes back, and if A.I. and Melo can co-exist, they'll be an extremely tough out in the playoffs.
The 76ers, meanwhile, get some players that will be off the books after this year, and they get two first round draft picks. I think Philly's next move should be to trade Webber. They need to rebuild around Igudala. They don't need to be worrying about being a winning team right now. They're bad, they lack talent, and they have to start over to make another run at the championship.

The Nuggets are currently at 0.609. Let's see what happens now that Anthony is out for 15 games and Iverson is on board.
Meanwhile THE SPURS continue to lead the NBA at 0.760!! Go Spurs!

Well, with the weather, Iverson can't get to Denver right now! Nuggets play the Suns tonight, without Melo or Iverson, this could be ugly fast.

DENVER(AP) The Denver Nuggets postponed their game Wednesday night against Phoenix because of blizzard conditions, meaning Allen Iverson won't be a no-show in the team's first game since the trade that brought him to Denver.
Weather and other logistics kept Iverson from reaching Denver on Wednesday. He was expected to report Thursday and play his first game for the Nuggets on Friday night.
It's a big break for the Nuggets, who were facing the prospect of playing the Suns, on a 15-game winning streak, without Iverson, suspended Carmelo Anthony or Andre Miller, the starting point guard they dealt to Philadelphia to get Iverson.
A new date for the game had not immediately been determined. Though blizzard conditions paralyzed the Denver area, the postponement was somewhat unusual because the Suns, the officials and the Nuggets were all in town.
Three hours before the scheduled tip-off, workers were buzzing around the arena preparing for the game, but a big cheer could be heard in the hallways when official word came that the game was off.

It looks like Iverson is delivering points for Denver, but that isn't winning them enough ball games. It will be interesting to see if he and Anthony will work together well and provide the team with what it needs.
Meanwhile the Spurs have come out of their slump and are kicking butt again. Go Spurs!
