Looking for this group.
- their music is mostly or entirely electronic and highly experimental. In fact, they can't even be classified. They don't do electronica, hip hop, pop, classical, dance, trance, etc.
- it's not a very new group and has probably been around for at least 10 years to 20 years
- members of the group wear rathere interesting or strange costumes and their identities have never been known. I did recall a picture of at least 3 to 4 of them wearing eyeball costumes.
- I think they're either based in the UK or the US.

Any names of songs or other details to go on, Luci?
So far I have no clue, I fear...

Well, Google is giving me 'Residents' and 'Egg Hunt' - neither of which I have ever heard of, so they may or may not be your band...

Yeah it's good, ain't it? Though now that I've found them, meh... they were "too weird" for me when I heard them years ago but now? They're like "meh".

Well, a bittersweet victory is a victory still! At least you had a chance to give them a proper listen If you're looking for something a bit different in the field of electronic stuff, you might give Client a listen...

"I am the Walrus" was a song by the Beatles, and "Where's the Walrus ?" is also an instrumental song by The Alan Parsons Project.
