Personally, I wouldn't respond to things I haven't asked for.
I wwould feeling rather disturbed if they were performing a lottery with my adress and didn't ask me. That's against my own security rules.

More importantly, why is the letter in English and sent to an address in singapore when it perports (sp?) to have come from spain?
