I'm wondering on what kind (s) of music the chaosites love to party. Can vary from death metal wall of death party to hardcore and terror raves and even beyond . Do feel free to post some of the party song you like the most, I'm very interested. I'm still looking out for some of the songs I like best, it's not always easy to find them on youtube and I'm still working myself through some new cd's. But the style that fits me best for partying is electro and non commercial dance. (non commercial dance in the sense of "not the songs that are played 5 times a day on the radio").

for dancing - nothing I can tell you, I hate dancing in clubs, but I danced 12 years semiprofessionally and there, usually to abstract creations - arabian techno for example or drum composition similar to what the Blue Man group's creating. for drinking - Korpiklaani!!!! Finnish Folk Metal galore very best drinking song: (best after about 5 big german beers or the equal amount of gintonic ;D ) for birthday parties - I like to have rather funsongs for birthdays, pretty and kind of artzy but still fun enough to sing along, since I've an unnatural love for a capella bands, this The Who song, sang by the Yale Spizzwinks (my fav a capella band everrrrr) get's abused quite a bit: that's not exactly partying but for going nuts at home, all with headbanging and bedjumping just because "I Can!" that's my fav song: (of course Manowar is the funniest band ever aswell what makes it extra awesome for home-entertainment - also VERY good song for a yoga session!) guess that's it

Now let me post some of my favourite party songs. They all have a boring beginning, because they aren't made to listen to as a single song, but to be mixed with other songs by a dj. But if you listen through the boring beginning, the great rythms come up. I really wonder who likes this style of music here And if it's getting later and the people are getting more drunk:

Oh Kit we have more in common than I thought! "I was born in a deep forest I wish I could live here all my life!" And I start my day at least times a week headbanging and belting out Manowar's "Thor the Powerhead" while driving to class. Unfortunately Hildor, dancing music is not at all my area so I have no suggestions. The only electronic stuff I listen to is Aphex Twin - no beat, way too ambient to dance to. I do like putting on Ravi Shankar sitar jams when friends are over...I think that may give some sense of what the kinds of "parties" I go to are like.
