I went on a one week cabbage soup diet - and it sounds much more disgusting that it actually is. I lost 12 pounds, started excersising daily and don't have stomach problems like I used to. Yay

They're not. He is. Good on you Peter! 12 pounds is a lot to lose in a week. Now to keep it off. Something I learned from Michelle's research into diets is that salt will quickly give you weight. Salt retains water, and water is heavy and bulky. Best of luck to you!

Congrats Pete! Keep up the good work! If this is something you truly want then stick to it as long as it's making you feel better, that's what's important!

The cabbage soup diet... My aunts tried it; it didn't last though. ;D Congrats for the healthy shift; and I hope you can keep it up with a more varied menu!

Wow great! That's only 7365456 pounds to go then ;D
On the less irritating side (;D), that's actually very nice. Takes some character to keep that up.
