Marina describes her sound as 'other/other/other' on MySpace and I'm not sure she's far wrong! Definitely interesting, though. I think I might take a stab at it with 'Pop infused Rock', but really you should check it out for yourself. She's definitely memorable, whatever way you look at it... At points, she reminds me of a contemporary version of The Monkees... Marina's MySpaceRead the sign up to her mailing list. REALLY funny! ;D |

That sucks On the bright side, though, her album, The Family Jewels, should be out on Feb 22nd - at least in Britain. I assume other nations will be able to get it pretty quickly, too. |
