Please tell me they aren't rebooting the Ultimate line...

They are, though the foilogram covers are what I was pointing out.

The only thing this is missing is Linkara doing his "90's Kid" routine. ;D
Yeah, the foilogram is just absurd. They're not even bothering to hide their cheap opportunism anymore at this point.
And I have to utterly laugh at this quote: "This is Marvel doing the 90's right." Is there any way to do the 90's right? That is, other than giving me new reasons not to buy their comics?

The 90s was basically one long string of cheap gimmicks followed by bankruptcy, I thought. Oh yeah, and ridiculously huge egos running the US comics industry into the ground.
Honestly, did anyone EVER buy a comic because of the glittery thing on the cover?
I mean, sure, I've gotten comics because the cover was awesome (Either art or humour) but I don't think magpies buy comics...

Honestly, did anyone EVER buy a comic because of the glittery thing on the cover? Of course there were. That's why they kept doing this on a repeated basis back in the early 90's until it got unsustainable.

...Collectors & speculators? Yeah, I was thinking of people who actually READ the things... My mistake in this case, sadly...
