Okay, falling asleep last night, this movie/show scene jumped into my head and its driving me crazy trying to figure out where it's from.
It could be a movie, a TV show, or even an anime for all I know.
Sooooo, I need some help placing it!
Details are a little fuzzy, but here's how I think it might go:
Possibly medieval setting, on the streets of a village/city. A powerful man, possibly prince, king, guard, bandit etc. is there with his men. He is an unstable person, thinking he's good, but really is a bad dude. He sees a boy running from/being beaten by a man who is probably his master (and the boy his apprentice). The powerful man suddenly kills the 'master', thinking he is helping the boy. The boy, seeing this, turns back, runs to the body, and hugs it, shakes it, saying "Daddy, daddy", crying. Maybe he also says "why, why did you do that?" The man says something like "I don't understand. He beat you. Isn't this what you wanted? Didn't you hate him?! " He may also then break down and cry, saying this and maybe more. Then he either leaves the boy or kills him and, his darkness established, goes on to do some other bad thing that's tied to the plot.
I can't figure it out. It's driving me nuts! What is this from. Heeeellllp!
