That was strange... Stood in the voting booth today and for the first time ever I didn't really know who I was going to vote for. I'd narrowed it down to two parties, but beyond that... Hard decision. Made it in the end. Just hope I did the right thing...

well it's the busiest I've ever seen a polling station today.

Same here. There were actual people in the polling station! Other than me and a few desperate candidates trying to look cool while pleading for votes, which is all that are usually there! I honestly think we are going to have a massive turn out, this time.
Which means all the polls will be wronger than usual. Which will be really funny! ;D

This is SO embarrassing! Britain can't even run a freakin' election under this bunch of clowns! Lots of people were queueing for hours, only to be turned away before they could vote because apparently no-one thought people were going to vote at an election so there weren't enough people handing out the ballots. Ridiculous! To this we are fallen

It's a disgrace. But I'm hoping that they run a re-election >.>
I WANT TO VOTE GODDAMIT
Still I think there will be a hung parliament. Perhaps I hope so, it'd be like if the big brother contestants were also made to run the country.
God, Biritsh Politics are a mess

Only three results, so far. And an exit poll no-one has any confidence in, including the people who commissioned it. I honestly don't have the faintest clue what will happen with all this. Massive turn out and with such an unimpressive set of parties, anything might happen.
I certainly wouldn't be surprised if a lot of constituencies have to run their parts of the election again, especially where the results are really close.
That said, plenty more might have to be re-run due to postal voting fraud, too... The entire election is a complete mess.

I'm not liking that labour number creeping up.
Still it's early. It's also dull. Extremely dull. The American election was so much more interesting than this.

Totally safe seats, though. 6 (Not counting NI) announced and all would have taken a major miracle for them to shift to another party. 5 Lab, 1 Lib.
Results don't normally start flooding in till half one, two o'clock, usually.

Plaid Cymru just took the first marginal - taken from Labour.

I'm wondering if I can actually be bothered to stay up then, or just go to bed now, and read it all in the morning.
I don't think I'll miss anything drastic, unless there's a riot, or someone is shot.
Sigh

9.4% swing from Lab to Con in Kingswood! Was Labour, now Tory. Bit of a kicking.
The really interesting stuff comes when someone gets hammered and tries to explain why it wasn't the fault of their leader ;D

You know, wouldn't surprise me if you used to be leader of the Monstr Raving Looney Party before they went bankrupt Apparently they're expecting the results from my constituency at 4am. Fun.

No they wouldn't.
