Looks nice. Roux is almost essential in German cuisine. It is *very* frequently used here.

LOL that was fun to watch ... being in that Industry .. I somehow think our French Chef would raise his very arrogant eyebrows and say "What of it?" aside from that .. what exactly do the letters LSD stand for an the Chef's Hat & mug ?  |
